【摘要】 目的探究合并脂肪肝对慢性肝炎患者行恩替卡韦治疗效果的影响。方法研究于2017年2月～2018年6月期间在江门市中心医院体检中心收集51例慢性乙肝合并肝脂肪变患者,设置为观察组,择取同期在我院接受治疗的单纯性慢性乙肝患者51例设置为对照组。两组患者均行恩替卡韦抗病毒治疗,对两组患者,以及观察组中轻度及中度肝脂肪变患者治疗48周时的肝功能指标及病毒学指标进行比较。结果治疗后对照组患者肝功能改善效果显著优于对照组,且病毒学指标水平显著高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组中轻度肝脂肪变患者肝功能及病毒学指标水平与中度患者相比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论慢性乙肝合并肝脂肪变会对患者抗病毒治疗效果造成一定的不良影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of steatohepatitis combined with entecavir on chronic hepatitis patients. Methods Fifty-one patients with chronic hepatitis B complicated with hepatic steatosis were collected in the physical examination center of Jiangmen Central Hospital from February 2017 to June 2018,they were set as observation group.51 patients with simple chronic hepatitis B treated in our hospital at the same time were selected as control group.The patients in both groups were treated with entecavir for antiviral therapy,the liver function and virological indexes of patients with mild and moderate hepatic steatosis in the observation group were compared at 48 weeks after treatment. Results After treatment,the liver function improvement effect of the control group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the virological index level was significantly higher than that of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The level of liver function and virological index in patients with mild hepatic steatosis in observation group was compared with that in patients with moderate hepatic steatosis,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05). Conclusion Chronic hepatitis B combined with hepatic steatosis will have some adverse effects on the antiviral treatment of patients.更多还原
