【摘要】 目的探讨光子治疗在化疗性静脉炎护理中应用的优越性及方法。方法将2015年1月～2017年6月本院收治的发生化疗性静脉炎的60例患者随机分为光子治疗组与传统治疗组,每组30例,分别予以光子治疗(红光照射)与传统治疗(外用喜辽妥药膏)1个疗程(5天)后,分别记录各组治愈率,显效率,无效率。对1个疗程效果欠佳者继续第2个疗程,统计并比较两组最终的治疗效果。结果经1个疗程治疗后,光子治疗组的治愈率、显效率及无效率分别为60.0%(18/30)、36.7%(11/30)、3.3%(1/30);传统治疗组分别为26.7%(8/30)、46.7%(14/30)、26.7%(8/30)。经2个疗程后光子治疗组最终治愈率、显效率及无效率分别为76.7%(23/30)、20.0%(6/30)、3.3%(1/30);传统治疗组分别为66.7%(20/30)、26.7%(8/30)、6.7%(2/30)。光子治疗组短期治疗(1个疗程)治愈率明显高于传统治疗组,无效率明显低于传统治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01),而2个疗程后光子治疗组与传统治疗组的疗效指标均无统计学差异。结论传统方法治疗化疗性静脉炎虽有效,但治疗周期长。而光子治疗治愈速度快,治疗周期短,且具有方便易行,安全,费用低的特点,值得在临床护理中广泛推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the advantages and methods of photon therapy in nursing of patients with chemotherapeutic phlebitis. Methods 60 patients with chemotherapeutic phlebitis admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into photon therapy group and traditional treatment group,30 cases in each group.After photon therapy(red light irradiation) and traditional treatment(external Hirudoid ointment) for one course of treatment(5 days),the cure rate,marked efficiency and inefficiency of each group were recorded respectively.The patients with poor effect in one course were continued the second course of treatment,and the final treatment effect between the two groups were compared. Results After one course of treatment, the cure rate, marked efficiency and inefficiency of photon therapy group were 60.0%(18/30),36.7%(11/30),3.3%(1/30),while those of traditional treatment group were 26.7%(8/30),46.7%(14/30) and 26.7%(8/30),respectively.After two courses of treatment,the final cure rate,marked efficiency and inefficiency of photon therapy group were 76.7%(23/30),20.0%(6/30),3.3%(1/30),while those of traditional treatment group were 66.7%(20/30),26.7%(8/30) and 6.7%(2/30),respectively.The short-term cure rate of photon therapy group(one course) was significantly higher than the traditional treatment group,and the inefficiency was significantly lower than the traditional treatment group,the difference was significant(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference between photon therapy group and traditional treatment group after two courses. Conclusion Traditional treatment for chemotherapeutic phlebitis is effective,but the treatment cycle is long.The photon therapy has the characteristics of fast cure speed, short treatment cycle,convenience,safety and low cost.It is worth popularizing widely in clinical nursing.更多还原
