护理路径式带教在手术室护理教学中的应用价值探讨
Exploration the application value of nursing path teaching in nursing teaching in operating room
【摘要】 目的观察将护理路径式带教法应用实践于手术室护生实习教育中的价值。方法选择护理路径式带教法应用前(2017年4~10月)和应用后(2017年11月~2018年5月)于我院手术室接受实习培训的护生各30例为研究样本,应用前护生设为传统带教组,应用后护生设为路径带教组,比较分析两组护生在不同手术室临床带教模式下的实习考核成绩、手术室护理素质评分、带教法满意率等方面的差异度。结果路径带教组护生干预后的专科实习考核成绩、手术室护理素质评分、带教法满意率均显著较传统带教组护生高(P <0.05)。结论将护理路径式带教法应用实践于手术室护生实习教育中,对于该类带教对象专科实习考核成绩、手术室护理素质、带教法满意率的提升均具备显著功效。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the value of application of nursing path teaching inthe practice education of nursing students in operating room. Methods 60 nursing students who received practical training in our operating room before the application of the nursing path method(April 2017 to October 2017) and after application(November 2017 to May 2018)were selected as research samples. 30 nursing students who received practical training before the application of the nursing path method were set as the traditional teaching group while 30 nursing students after the application were set as thepath teaching group. The differences between the two groups of nursing studentsin the practice assessment results, operating room nursing quality score, satisfaction rate of teaching and other aspects in the different clinical teaching modes in operating room were compared. Results The practice assessment results, operating room nursing quality score and satisfaction rate of the path teaching group were all significantly higher than those of the traditional teaching group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of nursing path teaching method in the practice education of nursing students in operating room has significant effects on improving the practice assessment results, operating room nursing quality score and satisfaction rate of the path teaching of them.
