控制器硬件在环虚实结合远程过程控制实验系统
A Virtual and Real Integrated Remote Process Control Laboratory Using Controller Hardware in Loop Technique
【摘要】 构建了一种硬件在环虚实结合远程过程控制实验系统,选用经典CSTR过程模型替代真实被控设备,利用Matlab程序实现被控过程模型的动态仿真与管理,选用S7-300可编程控制器实现对仿真模型的控制,最后基于组态软件开发了Web服务器及实验测控系统以支持通过因特网开展远程实验。该系统通过OPC技术实现了仿真模型、S7-300控制器与实验测控系统之间的实时数据交换,有效整合了控制器硬件在环技术与虚拟仿真的优点。系统测试表明,该系统支持用户通过浏览器远程实验操作,为远程实践教学提供了有效支撑。
【Abstract】 A virtual and real integrated remote process control laboratory using hardware in loop technology is proposed in this paper. Instead of the real physical process, simulation of a typical continuous stirred tank reactor(CSTR) model is adopted.Dynamic simulation and simulation management software are developed using Matlab platform.Siemens S7-300 programmable controller is used to control the simulated process.Web server and measurement and control software which supports internet based remote laboratory is developed using configuration software.Real time data exchange among the simulated process,S7-300 controller and the control system of the remote laboratory is implemented using OPC.
