【摘要】 本文介绍了我校结合自身发展探索适合地方本科医学院校实际的教师教学发展中心运行机制,建立和完善一系列配套制度的实践研究。该项目以完善机构建设为基础、以科学的制度为保障、以中心人才队伍建设为抓手、以夯实中心品牌活动建设为载体,先后开展新入职教师研修班、中青年骨干教师培训班等品牌活动,举办德馨讲坛、教师成长工作坊、教学沙龙、教学经验交流分享会等多种培训,内容丰富,在全面促进大学教师专业发展,特别在其角色定位、活动内容、评价理念等方面做出改进,探索具有地方医学院校特色的教师发展模式,以期对其他同类院校教师发展研究有所借鉴和帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study introduces the practical research on the operation mechanism of teaching development center,which is suitable for local undergraduate medical colleges,and the establishment and improvement of a series of supporting systems.The project is based on the improvement of institutional construction,scientific system as the guarantee,the construction of central talent team as the starting point,and the construction of brand activities as the carrier.It has successively carried out brand activities such as new teachers’ training class,young and middle-aged backbone teachers’ training class,and held various trainings such as Dexin forum,teachers’ growth workshop,teaching salon and teaching experience exchange and sharing meeting It is rich in content,and makes improvements in promoting the professional development of university teachers in an all-round way,especially in its role orientation,activity content,evaluation concept,etc.,and explores the teacher development mode with the characteristics of local medical colleges,so as to provide reference and help for the research of teacher development in other similar colleges and universities.更多还原
