利用含盐污水生产过热蒸汽的燃煤注汽锅炉

【摘要】 稠油开采产生的废水利用是油田可持续生产的重要因素。采油废水可以除硬但不能除盐,这就要求注汽锅炉能满足给水高含盐的要求。先进的稠油开采工艺需采用过热蒸汽,这进一步加大了注气锅炉的开发难度。为此,提出了分段蒸发的循环流化床燃煤锅炉技术方案,并针对该技术路线中可能存在的腐蚀、结垢、循环和整体布置等问题,开展了一系列的研究开发和推广应用。该燃煤注汽锅炉经五年的运行实践表明,锅炉运行安全可靠,蒸汽过热度超过20℃,满足了稠油开采的新工艺要求。

【Abstract】 The reuse of the waste water from heavy oil recovery is one of the key of the oil field sustainable production.The hardness of the waste water could be controlled but it sdesalination is very difficult. This requires the steam generator is fed with salted water. Meanwhile,in the advanced heavy oil recovery technology,the steam should be superheat,this is more difficult for the salted water feeding. Therefore,a coal-fired circulating fluidized bed steam generator is suggested with staged water evaporation. And the potential risks in this suggestion including corrosion,scaling,hydrodynamic and the layout were investigated systematically,and then a coal-fired superheat steam generator with salted water feeding was demonstrated successfully and consequently used widely. The five years operation practice confirmed its reliability and availability. The steam temperature reached about 20 ℃ higher than the saturated,which is very satisfied for the heavy oil recovery.
