【摘要】 网络通信服务可靠性是仪表远程校准的重要基础前提,而通信网拓扑结构、规模不同,导致网络行为特征建模和性能评价非常有挑战性,致使通信网的可靠性难以确定。证据理论(DST)能有效刻画不精确、不完整、不可靠等不确定性问题,针对电力仪表远程校准通信网的不确定性,文中基于组合证据融合方法,提出通用远程校准模型的网络服务质量不确定性评价方法。鉴于电力远程校准数据业务、音(视)频多媒体业务、远程校准Web服务,在可靠性、安全性、实时性方面的不同网络QoS需求,构建D-S证据理论的可靠性评估模型,利用OPNET对网络实时通信进行了仿真与验证分析,兼顾了定性与定量、客观性与主观性,阐明校准系统的网络通信的可靠性和有效性,提高了评价的可信度。

【Abstract】 The reliability of network communication services is an important prerequisite for remote calibration of instruments.Due to different topology and scale of the communication network,the modeling and performance evaluation of the network behavior characteristics are challengeable,which makes the reliability of the communication network difficult to determine.The Dempster-Shafer evidence theory (DST) can effectively characterize uncertainties such as inaccuracy,incompleteness,and unreliability.Aiming at the uncertainty of remote calibration communication network of power meter,this paper proposes a network service quality uncertainty evaluation method based on the method of combined evidence fusion,this paper proposes a method for evaluating the uncertainty of network service quality of general remote calibration model.In view of the power remote calibration data service,audio (video) multimedia service,remote calibration Web service,and the different network QoS requirements in terms of reliability,security and real-time,areliability evaluation model based on theD-S evidence theory is constructed.OPNET is used to simulate and verify the network real-time communication,taking into account the qualitation and quantitation,objectivity and subjectivity. The reliability and effectiveness of the network communication of the calibration system are expounded,and the evaluation credibility is improved.
