一种新型的高压开关综合在线监测IED设计与研制

【摘要】 针对现有高压开关在线监测IED配置种类多、故障率高、有效报警率低、工程实施成本高的现状,研制一种高度集成化、低成本的新型综合在线监测IED(以下简称综合IED)。综合IED采用成熟的电力系统嵌入式软硬件平台,采用网络化、模块化设计,将原有高压开关机械特性、SF6气体、局放功能监测IED整合为一台IED,降低工程实施成本,减少监测IED设备故障率,将多类监测信息有效融合并进行综合分析,可有效提高故障报警正确率。通过在GIS样机上实测表明,综合IED功能及性能指标满足预期,具有很高的工程推广价值。

【Abstract】 Traditional on-line monitoring IEDs for high voltage switchgear have many disadvantages,e.g.too many configuration models,high failure rate,high fake alarm rate and high engineering cost.In order to solve the issues,a novel integrated and low cost on-line monitoring IED for high switchgear is put forward in this paper.The integrated IED is based on mature hardware and software platform of protection and control devices in substation.The integrated IED is developed on module and distributed architecture.It integrates the functions of many traditional monitoring devices,e.g.mechanical characteristics,SF6 and PD.It reduces the engineering cost and failure rate.The integrated IED can give the comprehensive analysis report based on multiple types of data.It improves the correct rate of alarm significantly compared to the traditional monitoring devices.The integrated IED has been mounted on the GIS.The test results show that the integrated IED meets the requirements of condition monitoring of high voltage switchgear.It can be widely used in projects.
