【Abstract】 Based on the theories of complex networks, a group structure network model of tunnel workers is constructed from the perspective of group, and the group characteristics of tunnel workers is analyzed. The results show that the most significant characteristic of the group′s activities is that it is high-risk and collaborative, the most important responsibility of the members of the tunnel workers is influence responsibility and the most important link between the members of the tunnel workers is the command link, indicating that the group of tunnel workers has small-world and scale-free characteristics. Based on the results, the team-based unit management should be adopted, as well as the team leader or technical backbone core management, to strengthen daily management.更多还原
