基于复杂网络的隧道工人群体特性分析研究

【摘要】 基于复杂网络基本理论,群体视角下通过构建隧道工人群体结构网络模型,对隧道工人群体特性进行分析,表明隧道工人群体活动的最显著特性是高危性和协作性,隧道工人群体成员中承担的最重要责任是影响责任,隧道工人群体成员间最重要的联系是指令联系。结果表明,隧道工人群体具有小世界和无标度特性。基于研究结果,采取班组化单元管理以及班组长或技术骨干核心管理措施来加强日常管理。

【Abstract】 Based on the theories of complex networks, a group structure network model of tunnel workers is constructed from the perspective of group, and the group characteristics of tunnel workers is analyzed. The results show that the most significant characteristic of the group′s activities is that it is high-risk and collaborative, the most important responsibility of the members of the tunnel workers is influence responsibility and the most important link between the members of the tunnel workers is the command link, indicating that the group of tunnel workers has small-world and scale-free characteristics. Based on the results, the team-based unit management should be adopted, as well as the team leader or technical backbone core management, to strengthen daily management.
