可调耐磨孔板阀体研究

【摘要】 针对除尘系统风量不稳定、阻力不平衡和阀门易磨损问题,提出可调耐磨孔板的新式定风量阀体,通过实验、仿真和模拟分析其稳定性、调节性以及耐磨性能力,验证其能动态消除管网压力波动,维持系统风量稳定,且可调范围广、阀门耐磨性高,从而保证除尘效果。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the instability of the dust system,the imbalance of resistance and the easy wear of the valve,a new type of air volume valve with adjustable wear plate is proposed. The stability,regulation and wear resistance of the dust pump are analyzed by experiment and simulation,which can dynamically eliminate the pressure fluctuations in the pipe network to maintain the system air flow stability,a wide range of adjustable and high wear resistance of the valve,so as to ensure dust removal effect.
