【摘要】 目的:观察快速康复外科(FTS)理念在儿童膝关节镜围手术期中的应用效果。方法:将60例接受膝关节镜手术患儿随机分成观察组(36例)和对照组(24例),观察组将FTS理念应用在围手术期,给予医护康一体化优质护理,对照组按常规方法进行管理。比较两组视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分,术后膝关节活动度恢复时间、首次下床时间、总住院时间、住院费用、Lysholm膝关节评分及并发症发生率。结果:观察组术后VAS评分低于对照组,术后首次下床时间、总住院时间和膝关节活动恢复时间短于对照组,治疗费用少于对照组,术后1个月Lysholm膝关节评分高于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组术后并发症(恶心、呕吐、尿潴留、感染、关节僵硬及关节积血)发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:FTS理念应用于儿童膝关节镜围手术期,可提高治疗效果,减轻患儿术后疼痛,缩短住院时间,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of the fast-track surgery(FTS) concept application in perioperative period of knee arthroscopy in children.Methods:60 children undergoing knee arthroscopy in our hospital were randomly divided into an observation group(n=36) and a control group(n=24).The children in the observation group received integrated high quality nursing care based on the FTS concept,and those in the control group received conventional nursing care.The visual analog scale(VAS) score,postoperative knee motion recovery time,first time out of bed,total hospital days,hospitalization expenses,Lysholm score and the incidence of complications were compared.Results:The VAS score,the time of first time out of bed after operation,total hospital days,recovery time of knee joint movement,and treatment cost were lower in the observation group than those in the control group,while Lysholm score after one month of surgery was higher(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications such as nausea,vomiting,urinary retention,infection,joint stiffness and joint bleeding between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Application of FTS concept during perioperative period of knee arthroscopy in children could elevate the curative effect and reduce postoperative pain,hospital days and treatment cost.更多还原
