【摘要】 目的:研究孕康颗粒联合盐酸利托君治疗先兆流产患者的疗效及对血清妊娠相关蛋白A(PAPP-A)、人类白细胞抗原G(HLA-G)的影响。方法:选取2015年1月至2017年2月广州市花都区人民医院收治的先兆流产患者112例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组56例。对照组给予盐酸利托君静脉滴注。研究组在对照组的基础上加用孕康颗粒。比较两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前、后血清HCG、PAPP-P和HLA-G水平差异。结果:研究组总有效率(96.43%)显著高于对照组(75.00%)(P<0.05);研究组临床症状好转所需时间显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者在妊娠期或分娩期并发症、妊娠结局和产后新生儿不良结局的发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);研究组患者血清PAPP-P和HLA-G水平较治疗前及对照组显著升高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者不良反应的发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:康颗粒联合盐酸利托君治疗先兆流产患者的临床疗效及对血清PAPP-A和HLA-G水平的改善效果优于盐酸利托君单药治疗,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of Yunkang granules combined with ritodrine hydrochloride on threatened abortion,and to evaluate its effect on pregnancy associated plasma protein A(PAPP-A) and human leukocyte antigen G(HLA-G).Methods:112 patients with threatened abortion treated in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2017 were randomly divided into a control group(n=56) and a study group(n=56).The patients in the control group were given ritodrine hydrochloric acid intravenously,and those in the study group were treated as the control group with addition of Yukang granule.The therapeutic effect and serum HCG,PAPP-P and HLA-G levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group and the control group were 96.43% and 75.00%,respectively(P<0.05).The improvement time of clinical symptoms in the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications during pregnancy or childbirth,pregnancy outcomes and postpartum neonatal adverse outcomes between groups(P>0.05).The levels of PAPP-P and HLA-G in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was similar in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yunkang granules combined with ritodrine hydrochloride was more effective than ritodrine hydrochloride alone in the treatment of threatened abortion.It could improve the serum PAPP-A and HLA-G levels.更多还原
