【摘要】 目的:探讨超声检测右室Tei指数对重型α-地中海贫血的诊断价值。方法:选择2008年1月至2016年8月在南方医科大学附属小榄医院超声科确诊为重型α-地贫的70例胎儿作为研究组,并收集同孕期正常胎儿70例作为对照组。采用Pearson线性回归分析法分析两组胎儿右心室Tei指数的变化。结果:对照组正常胎儿右室Tei指数(0.42～0.28)随着胎龄的增加而呈递减趋势,研究组重型α-地贫胎儿右室Tei指数(0.30～0.55)随着胎龄的增加呈升高趋势。结论:右室Tei指数可作为评估重型α-地贫胎儿的重要指标,临床上可依据超声检测胎儿右室Tei指数对重型α-地贫胎儿进行准确判断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The value of ultrasound for the detection of right ventricular Tei index in severe α-thalassemia fetuses.Methods:From January 2008 to August 2016,70 cases of severe α-thalassemia fetuses treated in our hospital and 70 healthy fetuses(same pregnancy) were selected.The changes of right ventricular Tei index were analyzed by Pearson linear regression analysis.Results:The right ventricular Tei(0.42-0.28) of healthy fetus were decreased with the increase of gestational age,while the right ventricular Tei(0.30～0.55) of the severe α-thalassemia fetuses were increased with the increase of gestational age(P<0.05).Conclusion:The right ventricular Tei index could be used as an important marker for the evaluation of severe α-thalassemia.The ultrasound results of right ventricular Tei index could accurately diagnose the severe α-thalassemia fetuses in clinic.更多还原
