【Abstract】 Employment is the foundation of people’s lives, and technological progress has a significant ef-fect on quality employment. From the result of the impact paths, the increase of human capital stock has astrong positive intermediary effect, the increase of the organic composition of capital has a negative intermedi-ary effect and the proportions of output of the second and the third industries respectively have negative inter-mediary effects, but the impacting modes are not same.
