国内改性水性聚氨酯胶粘剂研究进展
Development of domestic modified waterborne polyurethane adhesive
【摘要】 简要地概括了国内WPU(水性聚氨酯)胶粘剂的基本发展现况以及常用的合成方法,并且综述了目前阶段的丙烯酸酯、环氧树脂、有机硅、有机氟、纳米材料、超支化预聚体和复合改性WPU等方法。指出了现阶段WPU胶粘剂所存在的一些基本问题,譬如固含量较低(45%左右),干燥固化的速度较慢,润湿性、初黏性、耐水性、耐热性及贮存稳定性较差等一些问题,并展望了WPU胶粘剂的发展趋势。
【Abstract】 The basic development of WPU(waterborne polyurethane)adhesive in China and the commonsynthetic methods were briefly summarized. The methods of WPU modification were reviewed,such as acrylate,epoxy resin,organosilicon,organofluorine,nano-materials,hyperbranched prepolymer and composite modifiedWPU at the present stage. Some basic problems of WPU adhesive were pointed out,such as low solid content(about45%),slow drying and curing speed,poor wettability,initial viscosity,water resistance,heat resistance and storagestability. The development trend of WPU adhesive was also prospected.
