茚-古马隆树脂对聚氨酯热熔胶性能的影响
Effect of indene-coumarone resin on properties of polyurethane hot melt adhesive
【摘要】 以聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇、MDI(4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯)为主要原料,以茚-古马隆树脂C80为添加剂,采用本体聚合法合成出一种湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶。研究结果表明:C80与基础样完全相容,它的加入能明显提高硬段的玻璃化转变温度,PUR预聚物的熔点和耐热性能也得以提高;当w(C80)=3%(相对于PUR基础样的质量而言)时,制得的PUR具有相对较好的综合性能,其开放时间为1 260 s,在120℃下的黏度为5 400 mPa·s;用其粘接铝板时初始粘接强度为203.0 N/25 mm、最终粘接强度为2 543.7 N/25 mm,粘接聚碳酸酯板时初始粘接强度为192.2 N/25 mm,且PUR最终固化后能达到基材破坏的效果;此时完全固化后的PUR胶膜在紫外可见光的照射下表现出较好的透光性,说明此时C80与基础样具有较好的相容性。
【Abstract】 A moisture-curing polyurethane hot melt adhesive(PUR)was synthesized via bulk polymerization with polyester polyol,polyether polyol,4,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI)as the main raw materials and indene-coumarone resin C80 as the tackifier. The research results showed that C80 was completely compatible with the prepolymer. And the introduction of C80 could significantly improve the glass transition temperature(T_g)of hard segment,as well as the melting point and heat resistance of the PUR prepolymer. When the concentration of C80 was 3%(relative to the mass of the PUR prepolymer),the obtained PUR prepolymer had relatively good comprehensive performances with an opening time of 1 260 s and a viscosity of 5 400 mPa·s at 120 ℃. When the obtained PUR prepolymer was used to bond aluminum plates,the initial bonding strength was 203.0 N/25 mm and the final bonding strength was 2 543.7 N/25 mm. When the obtained PUR prepolymer was used to bond polycarbonate plates,the initial bonding strength was 192.2 N/25 mm;and after the obtained PUR was finally cured,it could achieve the effect of substrate failure. Furthermore,the fully cured PUR film showed good light transmission under ultraviolet visible light,indicating that C80 had good compatibility with the PUR prepolymer.
