低碳钢经疲劳循环后表面的显微形貌特征与损伤的关联
Damage assessment of pre-fatigued low carbon steel based on microscopic surface feature
【摘要】 为研究低碳钢在经历不同预循环表面损伤与材料疲劳性能的相关性,对HRB335钢光滑试样进行了0. 005应变幅下经历不同循环数N/Nf(33. 3%~75%)后的大变形单轴拉伸试验。之后用超景深三维显微镜获取试样颈部区域的表面形貌显微图像,并使用图像灰度直方图、灰度共生矩阵及二值图方法对图像进行特征分析。探讨经历疲劳循环再拉断试样的颈部区域表面显微形貌的不同特征与疲劳损伤的相关性,发现用灰度共生矩阵法和二值图法提取的特征参数能描述循环耗损寿命与循环数的定量关系。
【Abstract】 Firstly,a series of smooth specimen made of HRB335 steel after different cycles N/Nf( 33. 3 % ~ 75. 0 %) with 0. 005 strain amplitude were tensioned to necking and up to fracture.Then,the surface microscopic morphologies of the neck area of the specimens were observed by using a three-dimensionalultra-depth microscope, and the image gray histograms, gray level co-occurrence matrix as well as the binary map for image feature analysis were calculated by usingthe MATLAB software. By using this method,the correlation between the different characteristics of surface micromorphology of the specimens’ neck area and the fatigue damage are investigated. It wasfound that the quantitative relationshipbetween life consumption and cycle number can be described by the characteristic parameters of the grayscale symbiosis matrix and binary graph extraction.
