组合绳锯组锯机系统动态虚拟仿真研究
Research on Dynamic Virtual Simulation of Combined Rrope Saw System
【摘要】 ZJP56型金刚石组合绳锯组锯机是矿石开采领域使用的主要工具,其整机的动态性能决定着绳锯加工精度的可靠性,本文采用虚拟样机技术及理论分析相结合手段,基于样机物理模型实际结构、材料及驱动参数,搭建ZJP56型金刚石组合绳锯组锯机虚拟样机分析模型,对其动态性能进行虚拟仿真研究,求解金刚石绳锯的运作过程中运动学和载荷参数,并应用有限元分析方法对金刚石组合绳锯组锯机进行在外载荷作用下的力学分析,得到组合绳锯组锯机的应力分布状况,为组合绳锯组锯机的结构性能设计和安全作业工况选择提供数据支持。
【Abstract】 ZJP56 diamond wire saw group is the main tool used in the field of ore mining. The dynamic performance of the whole machine determines the reliability of wire saw processing accuracy. In this paper,based on the actual structure,material and driving parameters of the physical model of the prototype,the virtual prototype analysis model of ZJP56 diamond wire saw group is built. Its dynamic performance is studied by virtual simulation,the kinematics and load parameters in the operation process of diamond wire saw are solved,and the mechanical analysis of diamond wire saw group under the external load is carried out by using the finite element analysis method.The stress distribution of the combined wire saw group is obtained,which provides a number for the structural performance design and safe operation condition selection of the combined wire saw group it is supported.
