【Abstract】 Based on systematic viewpoint,AHP as research tool,and "Evaluation Plan of Talents Training in Higher Vocational Colleges"as reference,the evaluation index elements of the model are analyzed under the guidance of target layer,index weight calculation,consistency test and hierarchical analysis are carried out,and a fitness model of higher vocational professional group and regional industry development is constructed,which includes 2 first-class indexes and 16 second-class indexes.更多还原
