【摘要】 针对目前国内电动三轮车车邦焊接技术的不足,研究设计了一套符合电动三轮车企业生产实际,并能替代目前三轮车车邦手工焊接工艺、性价比高于采用单一机器人(OTC)焊接工艺的专用自动焊接设备及其自动生产线.设计专用码垛设备能够将装夹车邦坯料的胎具自动分拣、翻转,并借助输送胶辊将胎具立式输送到焊接工位,设计的数字控制专用焊接设备能五轴联动对车邦自动寻焊和双面施焊,设计的PLC自动控制生产线实现了车邦坯料的自动送料、自动就位、自动焊接、自动出料等流水线式作业.为解决焊接过程中可能出现的等料和设备故障问题,焊接工作站按工序分区,每个分区设置两个工位,正常情况为顺序送料和施焊,故障时启动随机送料程序开启随机寻焊施焊功能,保证生产的连续性.工业试验表明,设计的生产效率和产品质量得到极大提高,对行业的技术进步具有积极的推动作用.更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the shortage of welding technology of electric tricycle bond in China, a set of special automatic welding equipment and its automatic production line which are in line with the production practice of electric tricycle enterprises and can replace the current manual welding technology of tricycle and have higher cost performance than that of single robot(OTC) welding technology are researched and designed. The special-purpose code stacking equipment is designed to automatically sort and turn the mould for holding the bond blank, and vertically transport the mould to the welding station with the aid of the conveying rubber roller. The special welding equipment with digital control can automatically search for welding and double-sided welding on the bond with five axes linkage. The PLC automatic control production line realizes the automatic feeding, automatic positioning, automatic welding and automatic exit of the bond blank material and other assembly line operations. In order to solve the problem of awaiting material and equipment failure in the welding process, the welding workstation is divided into two working stations according to the process division, and the normal situation is sequential material feeding and welding. In case of failure, the random material feeding program is started to start the random welding function, so as to ensure the continuity of production. The technological test shows that the research of this project is successful, its production efficiency and product quality are greatly improved, and it has a positive role in promoting the technological progress of the industry.更多还原
