【Abstract】 Dialectical thinking is a reflection of objective dialectics; it plays an important role in perceiving things and solving problems. Dialectical thinking can help a college advisor to grow and reach the highest standard of professional ability, i.e. becoming an expert-like advisor, allowing him or her to analyze and slove problems from better perspectives and with better techniques. Cultivation of dialectical thinking is a must for the building of a team of expert-like advisors and for the promotion of advisors’ overall thinking level.更多还原
