咪唑类氮氧自由基化合物的生物活性研究进展

【摘要】 氮氧自由基是一类具有独特抗氧化性能的稳定自由基,其分子结构中一般含碳、氮、氧、氢等元素以及自旋单电子。氮氧自由基具有拟超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的作用,能以催化的方式有效清除细胞内新陈代谢过程中产生的活性氧(ROS)。研究表明,氮氧自由基能改善机体氧化应激,维持组织的氧化还原动态平衡,参与并调节许多代谢过程,对多种氧化应激损伤均表现出较为优异的保护作用。本文对近年来咪唑类氮氧自由基的生物活性研究进展进行综述,主要聚焦自由基清除、抗缺氧、防辐射、抗肿瘤、抗缺血再灌注损伤、神经保护、镇痛等作用,并对此类化合物的发展趋势进行展望。

【Abstract】 Nitroxyl nitroxides are a kind of stable free radical with unique antioxidant properties. Their molecular structure generally contains carbon,nitrogen,oxygen,hydrogen and a spin single electron. Nitroxides show a superoxide dismutase(SOD)-like property,which can effectively remove reactive oxygen species(ROS)produced by intracellular metabolism. Studies have shown that nitroxide free radicals can relieve the body′s oxidative stress,maintain the redox homeostasis in tissues,participate in and regulate many metabolic processes,and show excellent protective effects against various oxidative stress-induced injuries. This article reviews the research progress in the biological activities of imidazole nitroxide radicals in recent years,mainly focusing on the free radical scavenging,anti-hypoxia,anti-radiation,antitumor,anti-ischemic reperfusion injury,neuroprotection,and analgesic effects. Meanwhile,the trend of research development is also analyzed for the nitronyl nitroxides.
