【摘要】 目的探讨呼和浩特地区某三级甲等医院妇科护士手卫生现状及影响因素。方法 2017年06月—2018年06月调查呼和浩特地区某三级甲等医院妇科病房在岗的100名护士手卫生依从情况,对不同职称、不同学历护士手卫生依从率进行比较并分析护士手卫生状况的主要影响因素。结果妇科护士手卫生状况总体较好,本科学历护士手卫生依从率(73.76%)、正确率(60.18%)均高于大专及中专学历,中、高级职称护士手卫生依从率(63.12%)、正确率(44.80%)均高于初级职称护士,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=25.222,P<0.001;χ~2=40.623,P<0.001)。其中工作太忙没有时间执行手卫生、洗手池旁没有足够的清洁剂、工作中频繁洗手影响与病人关系是影响妇科护士临床工作中手卫生依从性最主要的因素。结论呼和浩特市某三甲医院妇科护士手卫生依从性总体较好,部分工作有待改进,需医院管理部门加大宣传教育力度、加强监督管理,充分考虑妇科临床护士工作特点并针对现存的问题进行改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To investigate the status and the main effective point of gynecology nurses’ hand sanitation in a grade A tertiary hospital. Methods From June 2017 to June 2018, a survey was conducted in a grade A tertiary hospital in Hohhot area on the hand sanitation compliance of 100 gynecology nursing staffs that were on the job. The influence factors of different professional titles and degrees of nurses’ hand compliance rates on nurses’ hand have different influencing factors. Results Most gynecology nurses’ hand sanitation had good testing result. The compliance rate of hand sanitation of nurses with bachelor degree(73.76%) and correct rate(60.18%) were higher than those of nurses with junior college or technical secondary school degrees. Both the compliance rate(63.12%) and correct rate(44.80%) of middle and senior professional titles were significantly higher than that of nurses with junior title(χ~2=25.222,P<0.001;χ~2=40.623,P<0.001). Lack of enough hand washing, lack of liquid soap and the frequently washing hands that affected the relationships between nurses and patients were the three main effective points of the compliance of gynecology nurses’ hand sanitation. Conclusions Although the compliance of gynecology nurses’ hand sanitation performed well in general in a grade A tertiary hospital of Hohhot, part of the work needs to be improved. Hospital administrators need to strengthen propaganda and education, strengthen supervision and management, and fully consider the characteristics of clinical gynecological nurses to improve the existing problems.更多还原
