【摘要】 目的探讨整合性团体心理治疗对精神分裂症中伴有难治性妄想症状的患者的社会功能及自知力的临床改善效果。方法本研究采用随机数字表法将76例符合ICD-10精神分裂症的诊断标准的伴有妄想症状的患者分为整合性团体心理治疗干预组(实验组)和药物治疗组(对照组),两组各38例,二组患者均维持原有精神科药物治疗不变,实验组同时辅以整合性团体心理治疗进行干预。在入组时、治疗结束时,干预后3个月、6个月的时间点,利用个人和社会功能量表(PSP)及自知力与治疗态度问卷(ITAQ),对两组患者的个人和社会功能、自知力、治疗态度和药物依从性进行测评。结果个人和社会功能量表总分及"个人与社会的关系"维度、"干扰和攻击行为"维度,自知力与治疗态度,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。社会关系这一维度在干预后即刻、3个月、6个月的差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)结论整合性团体心理治疗对伴有难治性妄想症状的精神分裂症患者的社会功能及自知力与治疗态度有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of integrated group psychotherapy on clinical improvement of social function and insight in schizophrenics with refractory delusion symptoms. Method Seventy-six schizophrenics who met with ICD-10 criteria accompanied with delusionwere enrolled in this study. Patients were randomly divided into intervention group adopted integrated group psychotherapy(experimental group,n=38)and drug treatment group(control group,n=38)by the random number table method. Both groups of patients maintained the original psychiatric drug treatment,and the experimental group also received integrated group psychotherapy intervention. The personal and social function scale(PSP)and the insight and treatment attitude questionnaire(ITAQ)were used to evaluate the personal and social function,insight,treatment attitude and medication compliance at enrollment,at the end of treatment,3 months and 6 months after intervention in the both groups. Result PSP score,dimensions of the relationship between individuals and society,dimensions of interference and aggression,insight and treatment attitude showed statistically differences between the two groups. The score of social relations showed statistically differences at the end of treatment,3 months and 6 months after intervention. Conclusion Integrated group psychotherapy is effective for social function,insight and treatment attitude of schizophrenics with refractory delusional symptoms.更多还原
