【摘要】 目的分析首发未服药精神分裂症患者血清MIF、Hcy水平与临床症状及认知功能的关系。方法选取首次精神分裂症78例患者为观察组,同期选择80例经门诊体检为正常的健康者为正常组,比较两组血清MIF、Hcy水平。收集观察组的一般资料,采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评估患者精神疾病症状,利用成套神经心理状态评估工具(RBANS量表)评估其认知功能。结果观察组MIF、Hcy水平依次为(98.6±19.3)pg/ml、(13.4±3.1)μmol/L,均显著低于正常组(82.7±16.5)pg/ml、(12.3±2.8)μmol/L(P<0.05);观察组PANSS评分高分组MIF、Hcy水平依次为(102.5±20.7)pg/ml、(14.3±2.5)μmol/L,均显著低于低分组(92.4±18.5)pg/ml、(13.1±2.1)μmol/L,且高分组的即刻记忆、视觉广度、言语功能及延时记忆评分均显著低于低分组(P<0.05),但两组注意评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。患者的临床症状与Hcy、即时记忆、视觉广度、言语功能密切相关(P<0.05)。结论首发未服药精神分裂症患者临床症状越严重,其血清MIF、Hcy水平越高、认知功能越低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relation of the level of serum MIF/Hcy and the symptoms/cognitive function in untreated patients with first-episode schizophrenia. Methods A total of 78 untreated patients with first-episode schizophrenia were enrolled as study group,80 health people as control group. The level of serum MIF/Hcy between two groups were compared,the relation of the level of serum MIF/Hcy and the symptoms/cognitive function in untreated patients were analysed. Results The level of serum MIF/Hcy in study group was lower than that in control group. The level of serum MIF/Hcy and the score of Immediate memory,visual span,speech function and delayed memory in patients with high scores of PANSS were lower than those in patients with low scores of PANSS. The symptoms of the patients were closely related to immediate memory,visual span,speech function and the level of serum Hcy. Conclusion The more serious symptoms the patients had,the higher level of serum Hcy and the lower cognitive function the patients had.更多还原
