【摘要】 目的探究帕利哌酮配合高频重复经颅磁刺激对精神分裂症急性期患者疗效及脑灰质变化的影响。方法选取120例精神分裂症急性期患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为2组;对照组给予帕利哌酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予高频重复经颅磁刺激治疗;比较2组治疗前后PANSS评分、TESS评分、脑灰质变化。结果治疗后,观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组PANSS评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.01),且治疗后观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后观察组脑灰质密度均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗8周后,2组TESS评分均显著低于治疗4周(P<0.01),观察组TESS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论帕利哌酮配合高频重复经颅磁刺激治疗精神分裂症急性期临床疗效显著,并可有效改善脑灰质结构更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of paliperidone palmitate combined with high frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on effect and the change of brain grey matter of patients with schizophrenia at acute stage. Methods 120 cases of patients with schizophrenia at acute stage were selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups randomly. The control group were given paliperidone palmitate treatment,and the observation group were given high frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on the basis of the control group. The changes of PANSS score,TESS score,brain gray matter changes before and after treatment were compared between the 2 groups. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). The PANSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01),and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01). After treatment,the gray matter density of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01). After 8 weeks of treatment,TESS score was significantly lower than that after 4 weeks(P<0.01). and TESS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion Clinical effect is obvious of paliperidone palmitate combined with high frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation of patients with schizophrenia at acute stage,and it can effectively improve the brain gray matter structure.更多还原
