【摘要】 目的探讨抑郁症患者心理弹性的特点,及影响心理弹性的相关因素。方法选取抑郁症患者60例,使用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、自尊量表(SES)和简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)对患者进行调查。结果①不同分组的CD-RISC得分中,30岁以下患者的CD-RISC低于30岁以上(P<0.05),重度抑郁患者低于中轻度抑郁患者(P<0.05),有自杀念头患者低于无自杀念头患者(P<0.05);②心理弹性与抑郁症状显著负相关(r=-0.56,P<0.01),积极应对、自尊与心理弹性显著正相关(r=0.79,0.65,P<0.01),消极应对与心理弹性不相关(r=0.13,P>0.05)。③抑郁症状、积极应对和自尊对心理弹性有预测作用(R~2=0.72,P<0.05)。结论心理弹性与抑郁症状显著负相关,积极应对方式和自尊是心理弹性的影响因素,提示通过转变积极的应对方式、提高自尊,能提高患者心理弹性,帮助疾病恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the characteristic of resilience in depression patients,and the relevant factors which effect on resilience. Methods Sixty depression patients were selected,and assessed by Self-rating depression scale(SDS)、Conner-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)、simplified coping style questionnaire(SCSQ)and self-esteem scale(SES). Results(1) The scores of CD-RISC in patients who under 30 years of age were lower than who over 30 years old(P<0.05),the scores of CD-RISC in patients who with severe depression were lower than those with moderate and mild depression(P<0.05),the scores of CD-RISC in patients who had suicidal intention were lower than who had no suicidal intention(P<0.05).(2) The resilience was negatively correlated with depressive symptoms(r=-0.56,P<0.01). Both active coping style and self-esteem were positively correlated with resilience(r=0.785,0.650,P<0.01);negative coping style had no correlated with resilience(r=0.128,P>0.05).(3) Depressive symptoms、active coping style and self-esteem had a predictive effect on resilience(R~2=0.723,P<0.05). Conclusion The resilience is negatively correlated with depressive symptoms. Active coping style and self-esteem are influence factors on resilience. By changing active coping style and raising self-esteem can improve the resilience of the patients so as to promote their rehabilitation.更多还原
