【摘要】 目的探讨居家宁养晚期癌症患者家属健康教育的管理价值。方法以衢州市人民医院宁养院2018年收住的73例居家宁养晚期癌症患者干预前与干预1个月后分别测评患者的生活质量,干预1个月后测评家属有效照护的满意度。结果干预前与干预1个月后73例居家宁养的癌症患者生活质量总分分别为39.31±4.04分和44.73±2.32分,U=7.93,p<0.01;干预1个月后家属有效照护的满意度为96.00±6.39分。结论居家宁养干预的同时,开展患者家属健康教育,能有效提升患者的生活质量及家属照护满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the management value of health education for family members of terminal cancer patients receiving hospice care at home. Methods Seventy three cases of advanced cancer patients receiving hospice care at home who were admitted to the hospice unit of Quzhou People’s Hospital in 2018 were observed. Interventions of hospice care at home and health education for family members were given. The quality of life of the patients was evaluated before and 1 month after the intervention, and the satisfaction for effective care from family members was measured 1 month after the intervention. Results The total score for quality of life of the 73 patients turned to be 39.31±4.04 before the intervention and 44.73±2.32 one month after the intervention(U=7.93,p<0.01). The satisfaction for effective care from family members scored 96.00±6.39 one month after the intervention. Conclusion The combination of hospice care at home and health education for family members could effectively improve the quality of life of the patients as well as the satisfaction for effective care from family members.更多还原
