【Abstract】 In order to realize systematic and standardized maternal and child health services, Hangzhou explored a new service model based on the "Internet + maternal and child health". By drawing up an electronic medical record standard for obstetric clinics, Hangzhou established a women and child health data center, constructed an intelligent high-risk assessment model and early warning system, and promoted the use of electronic version of Maternal and Child Health Handbook, in order to achieve the sharing of maternal and child health data, whole process management, big data analysis and doctorpatient interaction.更多还原
