【摘要】 目的探讨病理性近视的患者行后巩膜加固术的护理及经验。方法总结2017年11月至2018年4月南京医科大学第一附属医院收治的13例诊断为行单条兜带式后巩膜加固术的病理性近视患者的护理体会,术前做好心理护理,使患者积极配合治疗;术后密切观察病情,做好眼部伤口观察、眼肌功能训练、疼痛和呕吐观察。结果 13例(24眼)患者均顺利完成后巩膜加固术,术中有2例因眼心反射引起心率一过性下降,无其他并发症出现。结论单条兜带式巩膜加固术术前、术中、术后的护理至关重要,可有效防止并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the nursing experience in pathologic myopia patients who received posterior scleral reinforcement. Methods The preoperative psychological care and postoperative observation were performed for the 13 cases with pathologic myopia treated with posterior scleral reinforcement especially for wound, pain, vomiting as well as extraocular muscles training. Results All of the 13 patients(24 eyes) completed posterior scleral reinforcement. There were 2 cases of transient decrease of heart rate caused by oculo-cardiac reflex during operation. No other compliations occurred.Conclusions Preoperative, intraoperative and post-operative nursing of Synder-Thompson is very important, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of complications.更多还原
