【摘要】 目的探讨新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)早产儿计划出院前母亲亲授母乳喂养指导实践的效果。方法将2017年6月至10月盐城市妇幼保健院收治的50例早产儿及其母亲设为观察组,实施早产儿计划出院前母亲亲授母乳喂养实践指导;另以2017年1月至5月收治的50例早产儿及其母亲设为对照组,给予的是常规宣教及护理措施。比较两组早产儿生后1周、1个月、3个月母乳喂养情况。结果观察组早产儿生后1周、1个月、3个月的母乳喂养率(70.0%、80.0%、74.0%)均高于对照组(48.0%、46.0%、42.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施NICU早产儿计划出院前母亲亲授母乳喂养指导实践可有效提高早产儿的母乳喂养率,促进早产儿出院后的健康成长,值得临床进一步推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of breastfeeding practice on the preterm neonates of NICU.Methods Fifty premature infants and their mothers admitted from June to October 2017 were selected as observation group who were given the guidance of breast-feeding practice before discharge. A retrospective study was performed on 50 premature infants and their mothers admitted from January to May of 2017 were selected as control group who received the routine education and nursing measures. The breastfeeding status of the two groups was compared. Results The breast-feeding rates after one week, one month and three months were higher than those of control group, respectively. The parents’ satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Implementation of NICU premature plan before discharge can effectively improve the premature breastfeeding rates and promote the healthy growth of premature infants after discharge, which is worthy of further clinical application.更多还原
