钢纤维掺量对超高性能混凝土的性能影响

【摘要】 该文研究了钢纤维掺量对超高性能混凝土的性能影响,并通过X-ray CT技术还原了超高性能混凝土试样内部的纤维网络结构,对其性能影响机理进行了分析。结果表明:随着钢纤维掺量的增加,UHPFRC的流动性能逐渐下降,抗压强度和抗折强度逐渐升高,且流动性能下降趋势和强度升高趋势都在钢纤维掺量超过2.0%时有一个突变点。这是由于当纤维掺量超过2.0%时,试样内部的纤维相互之间为搭接的概率急剧下降,会有更多的钢纤维网络结构形成。

【Abstract】 This study investigated the effects of the steel fibre on the ultra-high performance fibre reinforced concrete(UHPFRC) and the mechanism was analyzed by the X-ray CT,which can restore the fibre network structure inside the UHPFRC sample.The obtained results show that the flowability of the designed UHPFRC is decreased and the compressive strength and flexural strength of the designed UHPFRC are increased with an increase of steel fibre.Moreover,there are also a mutation point exists in the downtrend of the flowability and the uptrend of the strength,which is the 2.0% fibre content.It can be explained that when the fiber content exceeds 2.0%,the probability of fibres non-connected in the sample decreases sharply,and more steel fiber network structures will be formed.
