基于NB-IOT通信的低功耗机柜锁电路的设计与优化
Design and optimization of low power cabinet lock circuit based on NB-IOT communication
【摘要】 针对无源光纤机柜锁分布广、管理困难、无稳定电源这一难题,在对比研究几种无线通信特征的基础上,提出了一种基于窄带物联网(Narrow Band Internet of Things,NB-IOT)通信的低功耗机柜锁电路的设计与优化方案。采用了开关电路与稳压芯片相结合的方法,保证各模块工作供电电位与电流,并对电路的通信与休眠策略进行了优化,实现了极低的待机电流。实验测量机柜锁电路的待机电流小于9μA,实验结果表明基于NB-IOT通信设计的低功耗机柜锁电路在满足通信与开关操作的前提下实现了极低功耗,能满足实际应用的需要。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem of wide distribution,difficult management and no stable power supply of passive fiber optical cabinet lock,then on the basis of comparing and studying several wireless communication characteristics,a low power cabinet lock based on NB-IOT communication is designed.On the basis of ensuring the power supply potential and current of each module,the method of combination of switching circuit and voltage stabilizing chip is adopted to realize extremely low standby current. In addition,the communication and dormancy strategies of the circuit are optimized,and circuit standby current of cabinet lock is less than 9 uA by the experimental measurements. The experimental results show that the low power cabinet lock circuit based on NB-IOT communication design can achieve very low power consumption on the premise of communication and switching,which can meet the needs of practical applications.
