油烟在线检测系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 为使监管部门及商家能够实时监测厨房内油烟的排放量,本文设计开发了一种油烟在线检测系统。系统选用STM32系列单片机作为主控芯片,通过TGS2602气体传感器、DHT22温湿度传感器,CAN总线等模块完成现场信息的采集。为确保系统实时性,采用GPRS无线传输模块将数据上传至服务器,使得监管部门可通过互联网实时获取目标商家的油烟排放情况。本系统可同时检测多个灶台烟道内的油烟浓度,测量精度高,可靠性强并可满足系统的实时性要求。

【Abstract】 In order to monitor the fume quantity for official supervisors and businesses,a real-time monitoring system for cooking fume detection is designed. The STM32 series single-chip microcomputer is selected as the main control chip in the system,and TGS2602 gas sensor,DHT22 temperature and humidity sensor,CAN bus and other modules are equipped to complete the field information collection.In order to ensure the real-time performance of the system,the GPRS wireless transmission module is adopted to upload data to the server,so that the regulatory authorities can obtain the lampblack emission status of the target merchants in real time through Internet. The system can simultaneously detect the concentration of lampblack of flues distributed in a wider range. The test result shows that the measurement accuracy is higher,the reliability is stronger and the system can meet the need of the realtime detection.
