长输管线阴极保护电流检测系统的设计

【摘要】 针对在线实时检测长输管线阴极保护电流的需求,提出了电流检测系统的整体方案,介绍了集磁环法检测管道电流的基本原理,研制出低噪声、高精度的数据采集电路,实现了对管道保护的直流信号、管道上的工频干扰和杂散噪声的准确检测。模拟实验表明,电流检测误差小于10mA,满足管道防腐监测的实际要求。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the requirement of online real-time detection of cathodic protection current of longdistance pipeline,the overall scheme of current detection system is proposed. The basic principle of collecting magnetic loop method for pipeline current is introduced. A low-noise,high-precision data acquisition circuit is developed. Pipeline protection of DC signals,power frequency interference on pipes and accurate detection of spurious noise. Simulation experiments show that the current detection error is less than 10 mA,which meets the actual requirements of pipeline anti-corrosion monitoring.
