【摘要】 目的:观察脂必泰胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗冠心病合并高脂血症的临床疗效及对肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分为观察组、对照组,每组30例。2组患者均接受饮食控制、运动指导及健康教育等基础治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上于睡前30分钟服用阿托伐他汀钙20mg/次,1次/d。观察组在对照组治疗基础上服用脂必泰,240 mg/次,2次/d。2组均治疗8周。结果:cTnI、cTnT及hs-CRP水平治疗前2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组均明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总有效率观察组为93.33%,对照组为73.33%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脂必泰胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗冠心病合并高脂血症患者临床疗效显著,可有效改善炎症反应及心肌损伤程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To survey clinical effects of Zhibitai capsules joined with atorvastatin calcium in treating coronary heart disease(CHD) complicated with hyperlipemia,and its influence on the levels of troponin I(cTnl),troponin T(cTnT) and high sensivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP).Methods:Sixty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group,30 cases each group.Both groups accepted basic therapy including dietary control,exercise guidance,health education and others,and the control group took atorvastatin calcium 30 minutes before sleep on the foundation of conventional therapy,20 mg each time,once each day.The observation group were given Zhibitai capsules based on the therapy the control group accepted,240 mg each time,twice each day.Both groups were treated for eight weeks.Results:The difference had no statistical meaning in the levels of cTnl,cTnT and hs-CRP between both groups before treating(P>0.05);these indexes lowered notably after treating,and the difference showed statistical meaning(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference could be found(P<0.05).Total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,higher than 73.33% of the control group,and the difference showed statistical meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhibitai capsules joined with atorvastatin calcium in treating the patients suffering CHD complicated with hyperlipemia could obtain notable effects,effectively improve inflammatory reaction and myocardial damage degrees.更多还原
