【摘要】 目的调查甘肃省112名中医专科护士培训后工作情况,了解中医专科护士自身提高及创新带动作用。方法采用问卷形式,对甘肃省32所医院经过中医专科护士培训的112名中医专科护士进行问卷调查。比较培训前后中医科护士核心能力使用效果创新行为能力及自我核心能力。结果:培训前后1 12名专科护士核心能力评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);4名(3.57%)专科护士从事行政管理工作,108名(96.43%)专科护士从事护理管理或临床护理工作;26名(23.21%)专科护士承担护理会诊;21名(18.75%)专科护士参与护理门诊工作;75名(66.96%)专科护士承担带教工作;45名(40.17%)专科护士参与科研工作;培训前后创新行为评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训后自我核心能力明显提高。结论:中医专科护士培训使专科护士核心能力提高并在临床护理、护理带教、护理科研等方面发挥了积极作用,但创新能力和创新带动作用较弱,中医专科护士培训认证及延续认证必不可少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the work conditions of 112 TCM professional nurses from Gansu province after the training and surveying self-improvement and innovation-driven functions of TCM specialty nurses.Methods:All 112 TCM specialty nurses from 32 hospitals in the whole province were investigated using questionnaires.To compare core ability scores,application effects,innovation behavior scores and self core ability before and after traing.Results:The difference conld be found in cire ability scores of 112 professional nurses before and after traing(P<0.05);four nurses(3.57%) were engaged in administration management,108 professional nurses(96.43%) in nursing management or clinical nursing work;26 professional nurses(23.21%) in nursing consultation;21 professional nurses(18.75%) participated in nursing outpatient work;75 professional nurses(66.96%) undertook teaching work;45 professional nurses(40.17%) joined in scientific research;after training self core ability raised rotably.Conclusion:TCM specialty training could raise professional nursest’ core ability,play the positive roles in clinical nursing,nursing teaching,nursing scientific research and others,while it shows poorer innovation ability and innovation-driven function,and it is essential to perform TCM specialty nurses training certification and continued certification.更多还原
