【摘要】 目的:探讨中西医结合护理干预对脊柱骨折术后患者生活质量及临床疗效的影响。方法:将82例患者随机分为2组,每组41例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予中西医结合护理干预,比较2组临床疗效、术后并发症发生情况及生活质量评分。结果:总有效率观察组为95.12%,对照组为75.61%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后并发症发生率观察组为4.88%,对照组为17.07%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前后生理功能、心理功能、社会功能、总体健康评分组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予脊柱骨折术后患者中西医结合护理干预措施,有助于提高临床疗效,减少并发症发生率,改善生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the effects of nursing intervention of integrative medicine on clinical effects and quality of life of the patients after the surgery of spine fracture. Methods: All 82 patients were randomized into two groups, 41 cases each group, the control group used conventional care, and the observation group nursing intervention of integrative medicine, to compare clinical effects and the incidences of postoperative complications between both groups,and assess quality of life using SF-36. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 95.12%, higher than 75.61% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.88%,lower than 17.07% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05). The difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons of physiological function, psychological function, social function and overall health scales within two groups before and after treating(P<0.05); there was a significant difference in the comparisons between both groups after treating(P<0.05). Conclusion: Nursing intervention of integrative medicine given to the patients after the surgery of spine fracture is helpful to raise clinical effects, reduce the incidence of the complications and improve quality of life.更多还原
