【摘要】 目的:比较中药济生肾气丸结合西医常规与单纯西医常规治疗神经源性膀胱的疗效分析。方法:计算机检索2001—2016年Pub Med、EBSCO ASP/BSP、中国知网、万方数据、超星百链等数据库,采用Rev Man5.3软件进行统计分析。结果:11篇文献符合纳入标准,共774例研究对象,水煎服济生肾气丸在疗效、残余尿量、排尿次数、平均尿量方面均优于对照组。结论:济生肾气丸结合西医常规疗法治疗神经源性膀胱有优势,但由于试验方法学质量不高,其疗效尚不能充分肯定,需要更高质量的临床试验进一步证实。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare clinical effects of JiSheng ShenQi pills combined with conventional therapy of Western medicine and only Western medicine in treating neurogenic bladder. Methods: PubMed, EBSCO ASP/BSP, CNKI, WanFang, superstar 100 chains were retrieved in the computer, and these papers were statistically analyzed using Rev Man 5.3 software. Results: A total of 11 articles met the inclusion criteria, involving 774 research objects, the decoction of JiSheng ShenQi pills was superior to the control group in clinical effects, residual urine volume(RUV), urination frequency and average urine volume. Conclusion: JiSheng ShenQi pills combined with conventional therapy of Western medicine possess the advantages in treating neurogenic bladder, since the quality of test methodology isn’t high and clinical effects couldn’t be confirmed fully, high quality clinical trial is needed to be further verified.更多还原
