热老化作用下废机油改性沥青高温流变性能研究
Study on High Temperature Rheological Performance of Waste Engine Oil Modified Asphalt under Thermal Aging
【摘要】 为探究热老化作用下废机油(WEO)改性沥青的高温流变性能,通过动态剪切流变(DSR)试验和多应力蠕变恢复(MSCR)试验,研究了长期老化后不同废机油掺量(5%,10%,15%)的改性沥青高温流变特性。流变性能测试表明:随着废机油掺量的提高,老化沥青的相位角δ逐渐增大,复数剪切模量G*和车辙因子G*/sinδ逐渐减小;同时老化沥青的不可恢复蠕变柔量Jnr增加,恢复百分比R下降,抵抗变形能力和变形恢复能力下降。三大指标测试表明:废机油改性剂可以提高沥青的低温性能和抗老化性能。质量分数为10%的废机油改性沥青在长期老化后其高温性能仍能达到基质沥青水平,但掺量过高,沥青的高温性能下降严重。
【Abstract】 In order to investigate the high temperature rheological properties of waste engine oil(WEO) modified asphalt under thermal aging, the high temperature rheological properties of modified asphalt with different waste engine oil content(5%, 10%, 15%) after long-term aging were studied by dynamic shear rheometer(DSR) test and multiple stress creep recovery(MSCR) test. Rheological performance tests show that the waste engine oil modified asphalt has good anti-aging performance. With the increase of the mass fraction of waste engine oil, the phase angle(δ) of the aged asphalt gradually increases, and the complex shear modulus(G*) and rutting factor(G*/sinδ) decrease gradually, while the unrecoverable creep compliance(Jnr) of the aged asphalt increases, the creep recovery rate(R) decreases, the resistance to deformation and the recovery of deformation are reduced. The three indexes tests show that the waste engine oil modifier can improve the low temperature performance and the anti-aging performance of asphalt. The high temperature performance of the modified asphalt with 10% waste engine oil content can reach the matrix asphalt level after long-term aging but the excessive amount of the waste engine oil modifier will cause the high temperature performance of the asphalt to be seriously degraded.
