精密齿坯陶瓷型模制备试验研究

【摘要】 针对大型齿轮或非圆齿轮加工中切削余量过大或不均所造成的刀具磨损较快、加工效率低、材料损耗严重、加工能耗严重等问题,提出了一种适用于大型齿轮或非圆齿轮带齿形齿坯铸造工艺的陶瓷模具制备方法,基于3D打印技术快速制备带齿形齿坯模具原型,结合硅橡胶较好的翻模工艺特性制备出了带有齿形的硅模,并基于陶瓷型精密铸造技术,最终得到了带齿形齿坯的陶瓷型制备模具与造型模具,通过与传统制坯工艺的对比,该方法在制备大型齿轮或非圆齿轮毛坯时,在降低齿轮切削刀具或砂轮的单件磨损率、降低材料的损耗、提高加工效率、降低齿轮机床的能耗时具有很大的优势,具有广阔的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Traditional large scale or non-circle gear blank with a lot of cutting allowance which lead to more rapid tool wear, lower processing efficiency, more material breakage, more serious energy consumption,etc. So aiming at these problems, a gear blank with tooth profile casting module manufacturing process which was suitable for the large scale or non-circle gear blank was presented. The gear blank with tooth profile prototyping module can be obtained fast based on 3D printing technology,and then the silicone mold with tooth profile was obtained for the better turn-over process characteristics of silica gel material,and final obtained the silicon gear blank with tooth profile based on recision casting technology of ceramic mold,compared with traditional gear blank manufacturing process,the presented method has great advantage of the lower single piece tool wear rate,lower material breakage,faster processing efficiency and lower machine tool energy consumption when meet the large scale or non-circle gear,which has broad application prospects.
