多层平板单元组合沉淀池处理污水中试研究

【摘要】 多层平板单元组合沉淀池技术,通过在沉淀池中增加平板来增加沉淀面积,从而提高沉淀能力和减少占地面积,并有助于高浓度活性污泥法的实现,进而缩小生化系统占地面积。在某污水处理厂进行了规模为840 m~3/d的中试研究,结果表明:多层平板单元组合沉淀池能提高表面水力负荷1. 6倍,与斜管(板)沉淀池接近,同时彻底解决了生物膜和藻类引起的堵塞问题。但和斜管(板)沉淀池一样,在污水处理过程中,平板沉淀池可以承受的表面水力负荷远未达到成倍增加的程度,存在严重的局限性。这是因为沉淀类型为拥挤沉淀,易发生清水与污泥层的掺混。

【Abstract】 The sedimentation tank with multi-plate unit,by adding plates in the sedimentation tank,increases the sedimentation area and improves the sedimentation capability. It can reduce the footprint of sedimentation tank and contribute to the realization of high concentration activated sludge process,thus saves the area of biological treatment system. The pilot-scale studies with a capacity of 840 m~3/d had been carried out in a municipal wastewater treatment plant. The results showed that the sedimentation tank with multi-plate unit could improve the surface hydraulic loading by 1. 6 times,which was close to that of inclined tube or plate sedimentation tank. At the same time,it completely solved the problem of blockage caused by biofilm and algae. However,like inclined tube or plate sedimentation tank, the surface hydraulic loading of the sedimentation tank with multi-plate didn’t increase exponentially. The reason for the serious limitation was that the type of sediment was crowded sedimentation,and the mixing of fresh water and sludge layer had occurred.
