印染工业废水脱氮在绍兴污水处理厂的设计与应用
Design and Application of Nitrogen Removal Project for Printing and Dyeing Wastewater in Shaoxing WWTP
【摘要】 针对绍兴水处理发展有限公司印染废水总氮高,生化处理总氮去除率低和出水总氮指标不稳定等主要问题,开展源头管控,对现有处理系统进行优化调整,新建反硝化滤池脱氮系统,使处理后总氮指标达到《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 4287—2012)中TN≤15 mg/L要求,实现了达标稳定运行。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems such as high influent total nitrogen (TN) concentration,low TN biochemical removal rate and unstable effluent TN concentration in Shaoxing WWTP,source control was carried out and the existing process was optimized. A new denitrifying filter system was constructed.As a result,the effluent TN was no more than 15 mg/L,which could meet Discharge Standards of Water Pollutants for Dyeing and Finishing of Textile Industry (GB 4287-2012) to achieve stable operation.
