H2O2强化氧化/FLOPAC滤池用于工业园污水深度处理
Application of Enhanced Contact Oxidation with H2O2/FLOPAC Bio-filter Process in Industrial Wastewater Advanced Treatment
【摘要】 上海某工业区污水处理厂一~四期提标改造工程,出水水质由上海市地方标准《污水综合排放标准》(DB 31/199—2009)的二级提高到一级排放标准。生化线改造规模为3. 25×104m3/d,原采用混合均化池+缺氧池+曝气池+二沉池+气浮池+臭氧接触氧化池工艺,改造后深度处理工艺采用V型滤池+臭氧接触氧化池(臭氧与H2O2结合)+FLOPAC生物滤池;另外,用于处理高盐低有机污染废水的活性炭线改造规模为0. 4×104m3/d,采用增加活性炭罐数量、降低处理负荷的方式,提高污染物去除率。实际运行表明,系统运行良好,出水水质达到了设计标准。
【Abstract】 The upgrading design of an industrial wastewater treatment plant in Shanghai (Phase Ⅰto Phase Ⅳ) was introduced. The quality of effluent was improved from second level to first level of Shanghai’s local standard Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (DB 31/199-2009). The treatment capacity of enhanced biochemical process was 3. 25 × 104 m3/d. The current treatment process was combined with homogenization tank + anoxic tank + aeration tank + secondary settling tank + air flotation tank + ozone contact oxidation tank. The enhanced advanced treatment process was V-type filter + ozone contact oxidation tank (ozone combined with H2O2) + FLOPAC bio-filter. The treatment scale of activated carbon process was 0. 4 × 104 m3/d,which was used to treat wastewater with high salt and low organic pollution. By increasing the number of activated carbon tanks and reducing the treatment load,the removal rate of pollutants could be improved. Actual operation results showed that the process had good effect,the effluent quality could meet the design standard.
