Meta分析在采伐对森林土壤可溶性有机碳浓度影响中的应用

【摘要】 【目的】探究采伐对森林DOC浓度的影响以及Meta分析在生态学领域的实用价值.【方法】采用Meta分析方法,将近年来发表的25篇相关文献中的93个试验样本的研究数据进行收集、整合、分析.【结果】采伐使得阔叶林土壤以及表层土壤DOC浓度显著增加,并且当采伐强度小于30%和采伐后只收获树干时,土壤DOC浓度也显著增加;采伐后时间越长对土壤DOC浓度的影响越大.【结论】森林土壤DOC浓度的变化幅度与植被类型、土壤深度、采伐强度、残留物管理和采伐后时间相关联,Meta分析法是一种适宜于解决时间、空间跨度大的生态学问题的有效方法.

【Abstract】 【Objective】 Explore the influence of harvesting on the concentration of DOC in forest soils and the application value of meta-analysis in the ecological research field.【Method】 In this study,the data of 25 relevant publications(a total of 93 experimental samples) were compiled,integrated and statistically analyzed.【Result】 Harvesting had a significant positive effect on the DOC concentrations in broad-leaved forest soils and in topsoil.There was a significant increase in soil DOC concentrations when the cutting intensity was lower than 30% or when only the stems were harvested.In addition,the longer the duration after harvesting,the more significant influence of harvesting on soil DOC concentrations.【Conclusion】 The magnitude of change in DOC concentrations in forest soil depended on tree species,soil depth,harvesting intensity,residue management,and post-harvest time.In addition,the meta-analysis is useful for solving ecological problems with large range of distribution in time and space.
