两种有机肥对荒漠温室番茄光合特性与产量品质的影响
Effects of two organic fertilizers on photosynthetic characteristics and yield quality of tomato in greenhouse in desert area
【摘要】 【目的】通过探究荒漠温室番茄产量最高与品质最佳时的有机肥最适用量指标,明确对温室番茄光合特性与产量品质的影响,为番茄高产优质化生产提供科学依据.【方法】设置以常用施化肥量为对照(CK),单施有机肥料Ⅰ(A1)、单施有机肥料Ⅱ(A2)、有机肥Ⅰ和有机肥Ⅱ的配方施肥(A3)、处理A4和A5为有机肥Ⅰ和有机肥Ⅱ混配,分别上浮10%与20%.【结果】A3处理的株高、茎粗、单株结果数和单株产量等性状表现上优于其他处理,与CK相比分别高出8.9%、27.08%、12.66%和33.03%;果实的可溶性糖、可溶性固形物、VC、番茄红素和可溶蛋白含量也高于其他处理,与CK相比,分别增加了18.71%、11.52%、42.92%、36.99%和47.59%,果实中硝酸盐含量最低,与CK相比降低了43.58%;同时番茄叶片在结果前期、中期和末期的Fo(初始荧光)、Fv(可变荧光)、Fv/Fm(最大量子产额)和Fv/Fo(叶片PSⅡ潜在活性)值也高于其他处理.【结论】采用有机肥Ⅰ和有机肥Ⅱ的配方施肥下的A3处理,番茄的产量与品质最高,同时其叶片在结果前期、中期和末期的Fo、Fv、Fv/Fm和Fv/Fo值保持较高的水平.
【Abstract】 【Objective】 To explore the optimum organic fertilizer application amount for high yield and quality tomato grown in greenhouse in desert area.【Method】 The commonly used chemical fertilizer application amount was used as control(CK),and 2 organic fertilizers(Ⅰ and Ⅱ) were used to design 5 treatments(A1: Ⅰ;A2: Ⅱ;A3: Ⅰ+Ⅱ;A4: Ⅰ+Ⅱ,increased by 10% in formula;A5:Ⅰ+Ⅱ,increased by 20% in formula) to compare the yield and quality of tomato.【Result】 The plant height,stem diameter,fruit number per plant and yield per plant in treatment A3 were higher than those of other treatments,which were 8.9%,27.08%,12.66% and 33.03% higher than CK.Meanwhile,the contents of fruit soluble sugar,soluble solids,VC,lycopene and soluble protein were higher than other treatments,and they were 18.71%,11.52%,42.92%,36.99% and 47.59% higher than CK.And the nitrate content in fruit was 43.58% lower than CK.The values of photosynthesis related parameters of tomato leaf in early,middle and late fruiting stages such as Fo(initial fluorescence),Fv(variable fluorescence),Fv/Fm(maximum yield) and Fv/Fo(leaf potential activity of PS Ⅱ) were higher than other treatments as well.【Conclusion】 The formula fertilization of organic fertilizer Ⅰ and Ⅱ(treatment A3) was the best to achieve the highest yield and quality of tomato.
