【摘要】 教育实习是高校师范专业人才培养的重要组成部分。师范生开展实习支教工作,既强化了师范专业人才培养的实践教学环节,又提高了师范生从师教学技能和教育教学水平。以河西学院师范生10年来赴新疆塔城地区对口开展实习支教工作为例,从实习支教工作的意义、实施过程中存在的问题以及解决问题的途径等方面做了较为详细的论述,对国内同类院校优化师范专业人才培养方案,探索开展校地合作基础上的实习支教工作模式,不断提高师范专业人才培养质量,有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Educational practice is an important part of professional training in normal universities, carrying out normal students’ teaching practice supporting education programme can not only strengthen the practical teaching procedure in professional training, but also improve the teaching skills and teaching level of normal students. Normal students from Hexi University have been doing their practice and supporting teaching in Tacheng district of Xinjiang since eight years ago, whose experiences are taken as examples in this paper to illustrate the significance of practice and supporting teaching, the problems in the implementing process and the corresponding solutions in details. This research is of great significance for colleges of the same kind at home to optimize the professional training program, to explore the mode of practice and supporting teaching based on cooperation between college and local government, and to improve the quality of normal students’professional training.更多还原
