【摘要】 目的调查早期老年性黄斑变性(age-related macular degeneration,AMD)患者视功能相关生存质量现状并探索其相关影响因素。方法采用健康危险因素调查问卷和视功能相关生存质量量表对101名早期AMD患者进行一般情况、膳食营养摄入情况及视功能相关生存质量调查。应用单因素和多因素线性回归分析,探索影响早期AMD患者视功能相关生存质量水平的相关因素。结果整体而言,早期AMD患者视功能相关生存质量较差。其中,整体健康状况得分与慢病史呈负相关而与精神状态呈正相关;远距离活动得分与光暴露强度及慢病史呈负相关;精神健康状况得分与慢病史呈负相关;色觉得分与工作类型呈负相关而与收入和叶黄素摄入呈正相关。结论年龄、家庭收入、慢病史、精神状态、睡眠质量等因素与早期AMD患者视功能相关生存质量相关,可采取有针对的措施提高患者生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the status of visual function related quality of life in patients with early age-related macular degeneration(AMD) and its related factors.Methods Health risk factors questionnaire and visual functioning questionnaire-25(VFQ-25) were conducted to evaluate the general situation,nutrition status and vision functioning related quality of life in early AMD patients.Using single factor and multiple factor regression models to explore the related factors.Results The visual functioning related live of AMD patients was poor.The score of general health was negatively correlated with history of present illness but positively related with mental health;distance activities score was negatively correlated with light exposure and disease history;mental health score was negatively associated with patients’ history of present illness;score of color vision was negatively associated with type of work while positively associated with lutein intake and income.Conclusion Results from this study showed that age,income,disease history,mental situation,and sleeping quality were associated with the visual function-related quality live in patients with AMD.Targeted measures can be taken to improve the quality of life of early AMD patients.更多还原
