【摘要】 目的探讨人文关怀护理对胃癌化疗患者人格特征及短期生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月80例胃癌化疗患者为研究对象,根据随机化原则将受试者分为对照组和研究组,每组40例,对照组患者接受常规的临床护理,研究组患者在对照组的基础上接受人文关怀护理,比较两组患者干预前后的人格特征及短期生活质量评分变化以及患者护理满意率。结果干预后两组患者的各量表评分较干预前均显著降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05),干预后两组各生活质量评分较干预前均显著升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者护理总满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀护理可有效改善患者的人格特征,提高短期生活质量及护理满意率,在胃癌化疗患者护理中具有推广意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore of humane care nursing on personality characteristics and short-term quality of life in patients with gastric cancer chemotherapy. Methods 80 patients with gastric cancer chemotherapy selected as the subjects from January 2017 to January 2019. According to the principle of randomization, all patients were divided into control group and study group and 40 cases in each group. The control group patients receivedconventional clinical nursing, the study group on the basis of this combination of humane care nursing. Personality characteristics and changes in short-term quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction rates before and after intervention were compared the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of the scales of the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention, and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, the quality of life scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention, and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Humane care nursing can effectively improve personality characteristics, enhance short-term quality of life and nursing satisfaction rate, and has a high promotion significance in the nursing of patients with gastric cancer chemotherapy.更多还原
