【摘要】 目的研究椎体成形术联合唑来膦酸治疗脊柱转移瘤疼痛的效果。方法选择2014年1月—2017年12月本院收治的104例脊柱转移瘤患者,随机分为两组。对照组采用椎体成形术治疗,观察组联合采用唑来膦酸治疗。比较两组的止痛效果、活动能力改善效果和生活质量情况。结果观察组的止痛有效率为88.46%(46/52),明显高于对照组的71.15%(37/52),P<0.05;观察组的活动能力改善有效率为86.54%(45/52),明显高于对照组的69.23%(36/52),P<0.05;两组治疗后的Kamofsky功能状态评分值均明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组更高(P<0.05)。结论椎体成形术联合唑来膦酸对于脊柱转移瘤患者具有较好的止痛效果,有助于改善其活动能力和生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of vertebroplasty combined with zoledronic acid on pain of spinal metastases. Methods Selected 104 cases of patients with spinal metastases who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2018, divided into two groups randomly. The control group was treated with vertebroplasty, while the observation group was treated with zoledronic acid. The analgesic effect, activity improvement effect and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of pain relief in the observation group was 88.46%(46/52), which was significantly higher than control group 71.15%(37/52),P<0.05. The improvement rate of activity ability in the observation group was 86.54%(45/52), which was significantly higher than control group 69.23%(36/52),P<0.05. After treatment, the Kamofsky functional state scores of both groups were significantly increased(P<0.05), and the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05). Conclusion Vertebroplasty combined with zoledronic acid has a good analgesic effect for patients with spinal metastases, which is helpful to improve their mobility and quality of life.更多还原
